There is a lot to be said for working lean, being able to move quickly from concept to polished result, and to be driven - while enjoying every stop on the route. Our team know the ropes, but they aren’t bound by them.
Kelcroft was founded in 1999, its a sustainably operated company dedicated to fight energy inefficiency and climate change through application of smart green building solution and energy solutions. We lead, handling project management, energy consultancy, and traditional E&M commissions.
Together with our clients, we apply our international experience gained over three continents to create effective solutions for your organisation. And whilst we solve your engineering challenges, you have gained the time to focus on your core business.

Corporate Social Responsibility
While
others are just talking we are doing, Kelcroft actively
practices
CSR.
Are we prefect? No, but we try harder.
Email
communication is preferred but when required we
use paper, from a sustainable source and wherever possible we use both sides.
We recycle the paper created by fax machine, turn it
over and use it. Except formal letters and our drawings, almost all our paper usage is recycled. Paper waste
and aluminum waste is separated at source for easy recycling.
We
encourage the reuse, for example PET bottles. However, our
our cleaning staff prefer to confiscate them, but we are
working on that.
Our Director
John
Herbert
is a strong proponent for sustainability and volunteers
with
various NGO's to help promote sustainable development and he is invite
to speak at various international events regarding sustainability.
We
do try to avoid the use of paper brochures, we provide electronic copies
to save wasting energy and paper. And if you visit our office you'll
will be offered a refreshing beverage, you will not find disposal
paper cups.

Our Philosophy
We want to make a positive contribution to the quality, livability, and sustainability of the environment we all must live in.
We have a culture of continuous improvement accumulating many hours of those ubiquitous LU (Learning Units) or CPD (Continuing Professional Development) from different organisations some are not even related to engineering. We are learning and strive to improve at every opportunity.
Kelcroft is a corporate member of both the USGBC (US Green Building Council, BEAM society (Hong Kong BEAM) and the Hong Kong Association of Energy Services Companies.
Our director Mr John Herbert is a member of the Hong Kong BEAM executive committee. Also he is founding director, and vice chairman of Hong Kong Association of Energy Services Companies (HAESCO)
Planning
We are known for getting things done. Continuous creation and innovation drive the management process, honing and refining to suit client needs. Of course the first draft needs work, but we are already ahead of the game, while others are still planning we are honing the design. While others are dotting I's and crossing T's, we've finished version 12.
